EIBF: Audience Development Officer (Maternity Cover)
1 May 2018 - 7 September 2019 (16 months)
20 hours per week (hours/days to be agreed)
Salary: £21,500 per annum (pro rata) plus 5%
This is an exciting role for a creative and motivated individual
to contribute to the continuing growth of the Edinburgh
International Book Festival.
The Audience Development Officer will get
involved in many of the different aspects of marketing a Festival,
however the specific focus of the post is to identify opportunities
for broadening and increasing audiences to meet the long-term
strategic aims of the Book Festival.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years' experience
of working in a live event-based marketing role, with the skills to
plan and implement campaigns, along with a solid understanding of
how research and customer data can be used to inform audience
