Print Futures Awards 2018
The Print Futures Awards are part of our
educational initiatives to help people develop their careers in the
UK printing, paper, publishing, packaging and graphic arts
The Awards are grants of up to £1,500 each to
help UK residents aged 18 to 30 years pay for
recognised UK courses for a career in printing, paper, publishing,
packaging, and graphic arts. Applications are invited from people
who intend or are studying, are working in the industry and want to
develop their workplace skills, are apprentices or studying for
NVQs in print-related organisations.
Previous winners have used their grants to pay for full- or
part-time UK courses, course materials, design software, laptops,
and travel and living costs while studying.
This year we would particularly like to see more applications from
people working in SMEs, including apprentices and those studying
for NVQs. Applications for this year's Awards are now open and will
close on Sunday 29th April 2018 at 11.59pm. For
more information and to fill out an application form online, please
visit our website.
We have already had 44 applications since opening so make sure
to apply now!
All winners will automatically join our Print Futures Awards
Alumni Programme, where we share opportunities we hear about
through our industry partners and, most importantly, find out how
our Award winners' careers are progressing.
