Black and White publishing announce new imprint - Neon

Edinburgh based independent publisher Black & White Publishing have created a new bespoke Young Adult imprint, Neon. The imprint will cater for all genres of commercial fiction across the 12-18 age range, aiming to create accessible and inclusive novels which engage readers with the modern world.

Under the slogan 'Bright lights, big stories', Neon will be looking to publish books with a contemporary and forward thinking focus, from both debut and experienced authors. They will be officially launching the imprint on Friday 29th July at the Young Adult Literature Convention.

Managing Director, Campbell Brown, has said that the new imprint 'felt like a natural progression. We're really excited to be embarking on this new venture, and given the booming YA market it just seemed like the right time to be extending our list. It's a big market, and we're aiming to really connect with YA audiences both in the UK and around the world'.
