It is with great sadness that we learned that the founder of
Fledgling Press - Zander Wedderburn - died on 23 February
Zander came late to publishing after a distinguished academic
career in psychology where he became an international authority on
shift work. After industrial-relations research at Cardiff
University, he worked Heriot-Watt University for 32 years,
including on its Senate and as Head of the School of Management.
The University's website obituary includes a full tribute from one
of his former PhD students: see Zander Wedderburn obituary.
