Project: Accelerate Programme for Emerging Publishers

This exciting programme of advice, training and support from Publishing Scotland is for publishing companies who are in the early stages of their development and want a helping hand to grow their business. Applications for the 2017-18 Programme closed in February.

By taking part, the participating companies will fast track their growth by acquiring knowledge, contacts and confidence that usually take years to build. With that as the guiding principle, we've built a programme that incorporates the essentials and is delivered by some of the most knowledgeable, experienced and inspiring professionals we've come across.

The programme costs £250+VAT (£150+VAT for Publishing Scotland members) and for that you get an audit of your present publishing status to help you identify what you need, plus participation in all the parts of the Accelerate Programme.

At least two people from each company can take part in all of the sessions. Participation in every session is desirable. The majority of sessions will be in Edinburgh. The programme is set out below with dates and some workshop leaders still to be confirmed but this will give you a good idea of what is involved.
