She is a regular speaker and contributor to conferences, literature festivals, panel discussions and radio and was named on the Bookseller's2016 list of Rising Stars and The Hospital Club's list of 100 most creative in the UK in 2016.

Previous roles have included: freelance writer for the Guardian  and The Face magazine, Marketing Manager for Raindance Film Festival  and Online/Digital Account Manager at Penguin Random House.

Mahey-Morgan was also responsible for the creative publishing strategy for SBTV  founder Jamal Edwards' book, Self Belief: The Vision, which went to number 1 in the Apple paid-for charts.

OWN IT! is a multi-media platform interested in telling diverse stories in diverse ways. Whether through physical books, digital book experiences which include animation and music, or  six-word story t-shirts, storytelling is at the heart of everything OWN IT! does. Because stories are life!
