The Bookseller has reported that HarperCollins UK is buying Pavilion Books with the deal to be finalised at the end of November 2021.
The acquisition includes the imprints Collins & Brown, Pavilion, Portico, Robson, National Trust and Pavilion Children’s. It does not include the Batsford and Pitkin imprints which will be retained by Pavilion owner Polly Powell.
