Fin & Rye & Fireflies by Harry Cook (Ink Road/Black & White Publishing) won the Scottish Teenage Book Prize 2022. From moonlit meet-ups to vintage diners, pride parades to a passion for old vinyl, Fin & Rye & Fireflies is a gloriously upbeat tale of being true to yourself no matter what.
The Scottish Teenage Book Prize is voted for by young people all across Scotland. The winner was announced on 4 May.
The other two books on the 2022 shortlist were:
