Bell & Bain (Glasgow), Ivanhoe Caledonian (Edinburgh) and Martins the Printers (just over the border in Berwick-upon-Tweed) print and bind books for local and not-so-local publishers. Printers’ websites are a good source of information about book formats and sizes.
