Witherby Publishing Group: Marketing Intern

6-month fixed term contract

Remote working from home initially. Witherby Publishing Group is based in Livingston.

 

Witherby Publishing Group is a specialist publisher of marine training, reference and regulatory material for the shipping industry.

We are looking for an enthusiastic graduate to join our busy Marketing department on a 6-month fixed term Living Wage contract.

Reports to: Head of Marketing

 

Key responsibilities of the Marketing Intern's post include, but are not limited to:

  • To assume responsibility for developing and maintain all mailing lists
  • To update Company's CRM system
  • To assist with the distribution of marketing material
  • Updating of Company websites
  • Assume responsibility for updating social media feeds
  • To produce data on tracking sales figure and marketing objectives
  • Maintaining Catalogues
  • Assist in carrying out market research
  • Develop branded promotional products
  • Maintenance of product information across databases ensuring alignment on all platforms
  • Assisting Marketing Executive to organise and attend industry events
  • Providing ad hoc support to Head of Marketing and Marketing Executive
  • Creating promotional material for the Company's website
  • Miscellaneous admin work
