National Partnership for Culture
The National Partnership for Culture (NPC) was set up in 2020 (see the  Scottish Government website) to advise on challenges facing the culture sector from coronavirus (COVID-19) and build on the recommendations set out to the First Minister by the Advisory Group on Economic Recovery.
