HARDSHIP FUND FOR CREATIVE FREELANCERS. Fund Guidance will be published on 22 October and applications are invited from noon on Monday 26 October. The Society of Authors has been been confirmed as one of the partners to assist Creative Scotland in the delivery of the Scottish Government's £5million Hardship Fund for Creative Freelancers.
