A Plan for Jobs 2020
The UK government published this policy paper on 8 July setting out
the second phase of its response to the Covid-19 crisis with a
targeted Plan for Jobs.
Self-employment Income Support
(opened early on 13 May 2020). First time claimants must apply
by 13 July 2020. It will be extended with
those eligible able to claim a second and final grant capped at
£6,570 in August (see update of 29 May 2020).
Guidance to help employers, employees and the
self-employed understand how to work safely during the
coronavirus pandemic (11 May 2020). Includes specific advice for offices and shops.

Coronavirus Bill (its emergency powers legislation) on 17 March
