Martin Breitfeld

Martin Breitfeld has studied and worked in Bonn, Cologne, Berlin, Munich, Freiburg, Bordeaux and Montreal. He began his career in publishing at C.H. Beck, was a non-fiction editor at Herder and has been a senior editor at Kiepenheuer and Witsch (KiWi) since 2007. He is in charge of the paperback list and acquires and edits both fiction and non-fiction. This year he published Sacha Batthyany's holocaust memoir What's that got to do with me? and Frederik Obermaier and Bastian Obermayer's book The Panama Papers, both of which will be translated into many languages. He is currently editing the translation of Mark Frost's book The Secret History of Twin Peaks.
